Welcome to Chitrakoot Wedding Venue. By accessing our website, booking our premises, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. • Early Check-In: Early check-in is strictly subject to venue availability and prior approval.2. Pricing & Payment Terms• Currency & Taxes: All prices quoted on our website or booking proposals are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Rate Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise our rental rates and package prices at any time without prior notice. However, all confirmed and deposited bookings will be honored at the original agreed rate.3. Guest Conduct & Venue Rules• Peaceful Environment: Chitrakoot Wedding Venue promotes a safe, peaceful, and respectful atmosphere.
• Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, and unauthorized dangerous items are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
• Noise Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to noise level limits and government quiet-hour guidelines to respect local surroundings. All music and sound played on speakers must stop sharp at 10:30 PM. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.4. Respect for Nature & Property• As an outdoor wedding venue, guests and event attendees are expected to respect the natural surroundings, including the greenery, trees, plantations, and landscaping.
• Any intentional or negligent damage to the flora, structures, or property fixtures may incur repair or replacement charges.5. Limitation of Liability• Personal Belongings: Chitrakoot Wedding Venue is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, equipment, or gifts brought onto the venue premises by guests or third-party vendors.
• Injuries: The venue assumes no liability for personal injuries or accidents sustained on the premises due to guest negligence, reckless conduct, or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this website, booking agreements, or venue services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru Karnataka, India.7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Chitrakoot Wedding Venue, we understand that event plans can change unexpectedly. Because securing a date reserves our space exclusively for your event and prevents us from taking other bookings, the following policy applies to all cancellations.1. Booking & Retainer Fee• A Retainer Fee of ₹10,000 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
• The ₹10,000 Retainer Fee is non-refundable across all cancellation requests to cover administrative costs, date-holding locks, and lost scheduling opportunities.2. Client Cancellation & Refund ScheduleIf you need to cancel your booking, the total refund amount (excluding taxes paid, if applicable) depends on how far in advance written notice is provided prior to the event date:• 60 Days or More Prior to Event Date: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid, minus the ₹10,000 Retainer Fee.
• 30 Days to 59 Days Prior to Event Date: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid, minus the ₹10,000 Retainer Fee.
• Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event Date: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date.3. How to Submit a Cancellation RequestTo officially process a cancellation, requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations over phone calls or messages are not accepted.
